Fly United: Zihuatanejo to Carmel

As I sit here, languidly nursing a mug of rich, aromatic coffee, grinning from ear to ear as I flip through my travel diary, a string of colorful postcards comes tumbling out. My fingers brush against one depicting a serene ocean vista, dappled with hues so vivid I'm instantly transported back to Zihuatanejo. Ah, those enchanting mornings spent munching on freshly caught fish tacos, reveling in the slower pace of life and the amiable local culture! But there's a dramatic shift in the color palette as my gaze wanders over to the next postcard, a brilliant snapshot of a quaint town nestled amidst foggy hills – the enchanting Carmel-by-the-Sea.

The transition, I remember, was dramatic but in the most delightfully entertaining way. And it all started on the morning I found myself hunting for the ‘Best time to book’ those elusive ‘Cheap flights’. After flipping metaphorical tails on the coin for a while, I finally decided on a round-trip voyage. No sir, with United, all one needed to do was a few clicks and presto - the flight was cancelled!

As I sit here now, nibbling on my nothing-like-the-actual-thing fish taco, I fondly remember that adventure.
